Magdalena Moore, RN, RYT 200, is a graduate of the Kind Yoga School and a yoga practitioner for many years. A native of Poland, Maggie moved to US in 2002 and shortly after settled on the Cape.
As a registered nurse she has experience in emergency, trauma, acute, rehabilitation and long term health care settings. Maggie’s years of work experiences make her aware and sensitive to physical, mental and emotional disabilities and conditions, for which yoga is so helpful. She personally experienced as well as watched the therapeutic effects of yoga in her family, friends, patients and customers.
Maggie specializes in Aerial Yoga in which she is professionally trained. She is the owner of Heels Over Head Yoga Studio in Mashpee, MA, which finally brought Aerial Yoga to Cape Cod. Maggie teaches mostly variety of Aerial Yoga classes, as well as different types of Hatha Yoga.
A “mom” to two Chihuahuas and two cats, she is a nature lover and enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, biking, paddle-boarding, boating, or just swinging in the hammock. Maggie enjoys spreading the love for yoga and aerial yoga while she still continues working as a nurse in a local hospital caring for post-operative patients.
