Sara Hubbard

Yoga has been a part of Sara’s life for over a decade. Her yoga journey has transformed from a strong power yoga practice in her early 20’s, to becoming a sacred space to slow down, and experience more freedom, joy, and ease, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Sara to connect with her truest self, be present, and honor the simple joys in life.

Forever a student, Sara completed her 200-hour teaching training with Open Doors Power Yoga, 50-hour yin and yoga nidra teacher training with Yoga On the Vine, and 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Down Under School of Yoga in 2020. She is also a certified health coach, empowering women to overcome stress, overwhelm, and burnout, to experience more clarity, joy, and freedom.

Sara’s flow classes are powerful, creative, and lighthearted. She combines a dynamic sequence of postures, carefully curated playlist, and a daily dose of inspiration that will guide you in and through the body.
