We are expecting approx. 2000 marketplace shoppers. This is the participants (approx. 600), plus the public who will have access to the marketplace. We will be marketing the Vendor Marketplace to the public in radio ads, and on social media as well as in Boston Blogs, and other online marketing throughout New England. The Sea Crest Hotel also markets the festival to its whole database of thousands.

- 6 x 8 – $300
- 8 x10 – $325
- 10 x 10 – $350 (A tent can fit in some of the 10 x 10 spaces upon request)
What you get:
- Assigned space and size
- An 8 ft. or 6ft. long table with linen (You will need to specify what size table you needed)
- A chair
- Access to an outlet upon request. (limited amount of spots with outlets)
- Marketing on our end promoting the vendor marketplace to the attendees and the public
Vendor Hours on each day: (subject to change prior to event- you will be notified if anything changes)
Friday Vending Hours: 12pm – 8pm
(Set up is either Thurs. evening or Friday morning- once you are signed on as a vendor you will get your set up time assignment)
Saturday Vending Hours: 10am – 7pm
Sunday Vending Hours: 10am – 5pm
Load In / Out:
You can load in and out right through the main entrance of the hotel.
Parking is in the neighboring beach lot.
Since it’s in a hotel, and we have a specific area of the hotel we can lock the room up at night. No security is needed. BUT, if there is anything extremely valuable that you want to take with you, please do so.
We are not liable for stolen or missing items.
